Intelligent Design provides the following Design, engineering, and construction services.

Programming

In the initial phase of the project discussion, Intelligent Design shall discuss the project’s goals, requirements, and functionality. This discussion shall include design options, budget availability, relevant building codes, and zoning regulations. In light of the project’s materials and construction cost, Intelligent Design shall discuss several design approaches with the project owners to reach a realistic budget. Following this initial dialog, Intelligent Design shall outline the project.

Design Development and Construction Documents

Intelligent Design shall prepare detailed drawings and finalize the project design. The drawings shall include all needed design plans, construction documents, construction specifications, and materials that will be used in the project. Intelligent Design shall also provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings, structural engineer drawings, and civil engineer drawings.

Plan Expediting

Intelligent Design shall submit the drawings to the City or County and shall be involved in expediting the permitting process from start to finish, until building permits are obtained.

Construction

Intelligent Design provides residential and commercial construction services for a variety of projects. We specialize in new construction and remodeling projects. We design, build, and execute according to plans and drawings, and turn our clients ‘ visions into reality.
